Our senior leadership has a wealth of experience developed over many years in senior roles at large and mid-size enterprises.

Roopak Manchanda has more than 15 years of leadership experience as a senior information technology executive with top-tier companies. His extensive technology experience and expertise includes architecture, delivery and integration of mission-critical enterprise solutions for a broad range of industries including health care, manufacturing and education services. Roopak specializes in IT strategy, change management, governance, business process management and program management. Prior to founding BlueNovo, Roopak served as the Vice President of Enterprise Applications for a for-profit $1.6B education services provider in Baltimore, Md. His prior roles also include CIO of a $250M diversified manufacturer and IT Application Architect and Manager at a health care organization.

Roopak received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also has a Masters degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering. Roopak sits on the board of a Maryland non-profit and is a certified Six Sigma Black and Green Belt.

Dr. Anna Maria's professional career is focused on designing systems that allow the delivery of high quality, patient-centered health care. Anna Maria is a trained Geriatrician and her academic interests include research in the field of non-pharmacological means of preventive care. She is a well cited and published researcher and has completed post-graduate trainings in Franklin Square Hospital Center in Maryland as well as the University of Maryland Medical System. At Franklin Square Hospital Anna Maria held the position of Chief Resident for two years and developed their evidence based curriculum. After completing her US clinical certifications Anna Maria joined the Spanish Catholic Center as Medical Director where she developed an interest and expertise as a quality improvement leader through the implementation of several successful quality initiatives. She has held the position of Vice-chair for the Board of the DC Primary Care Association and is currently the Co-chair of the Latino Health Initiative's Steering Committee.

Anna Maria holds a PhD in Medicine from the School of Medicine of Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona and an MD from the Universitat de Barcelona.

Srinivas Potluri has over 18 years of global experience in engineering and technology services with a special focus on systems integration and large systems deployments.  His diverse experience includes working in the automotive, financial, healthcare, telecommunications and commodities industries. His professional career has been focused on working for top-tier organizations such as Parsons, Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) and France Telecom.  At Parsons, Srinivas was involved in various projects for the Department of Defense, Department of Treasury, EPA and state public departments.  At PwC, Srinivas was a management consultant focused on addressing the IT needs of Fortune 500 clients such as GM, Keebler, Warnaco, and TetraPak. In the financial sector, Srinivas has consulted with Citizens Bank to set up their on-line banking system. With France Telecom, he has previously developed, managed and maintained their business services systems and was instrumental in setting up a captive to transfer IT operations from centers around the world to India.

Srinivas received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also has a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech and Bachelors in Environmental Engineering from Bombay University.  Prior to his appointment as COO of Bluenovo, he was the COO of Links Group International, an IT service provider that was acquired by a publicly traded company.
